Based just outside Atlanta, a data aggregation company that acted as a private intelligence gathering service to government and industry called on Interspace Office Furniture to liquidate and close the facility of a small company that they were in the process of absorbing.
The office in question was outside Cleveland, Ohio, and the closing and liquidation was on a short timeline with heavy penalties if dates and commitments were not met. Interspace committed to the liquidation and time line. The facility was closed, emptied and returned to the property management firm ahead of schedule. The client was so impressed with the professionalism and reaction time of Interspace that shortly thereafter a second project was presented to us. We completed that project and came in ahead of schedule, again. Fifteen years have passed, and Interspace continues to work hand and hand with this client.
