Almost 20 years ago Interspace Office Furniture was approached by a major Atlanta based national law firm and asked to submit a proposal to provide full time, in-house, office furniture jack-of-all trades personnel. These service representatives would be responsible for daily duties that included managing all internal furniture moves, repairs, installations & changes throughout the facility.

The requirement called for full time on-site staff to maintain the physical assets (furniture) for the client’s facility that included over 1,000 employees. Interspace Office was able to show that 1 full time, in house employee could service the daily tasks and with our inside labor force of 20+ full time furniture installers, could draw from our pool installers to meet any large challenge that came along. This cut down on the number of employees needed and allowed one person to service the account on a daily basis, thus saving the client money while still providing the best ongoing service available.

To this day, Interspace Office maintains this relationship and service agreement with this Atlanta law firm.
